As we reflect on the difference we’ve been able to make in the lives of our patients over this past year, I hope you each recognize the powerful impact of your thoughtfulness, kindness, and clinical expertise.  Here are just a few comments from those we’ve had the privilege to serve.  Thank you Hannibal Regional team; because of you our patients are BETTER  – physically, emotionally and spiritually.

From our patients…

“Excellent care!  Glad it’s here  and not in Quincy, St. Louis, or Columbia.  Happy staff.  I’m glad Hannibal has the service.”

“The nurses Kori, Jenny and Stephanie on the Women’s Care Unit are top notch.  They were attentive, pleasant, and courteous.  I was well tended.  They always entered the room with smiles on their faces and a pleasant attitude, regardless of the time of day.  They were very professional and this alone made me trust their abilities.”

“Everyone was very nice and respectful.  They always took an extra minute to visit.  And they always made me feel comfortable.  They all deserve my thanks.”

“Was a very good experience …was from out of town. Felt very comfortable and never felt it was a mistake to go there. Nurses & doctors were excellent!”

“My overall stay was very good, from pre op, surgery, lab, x-ray, housekeeping, the PT, OT, dietary, nursing unit secretaries, volunteers, doctors, others who did not take care of me.  The hospital has a very caring & positive attitude.  I had a very pleasant experience at Hannibal Regional & the board & administration should be proud of their staff & hospital.”

“I was cared for in a very nice matter and would highly recommend the hospital to my family and friends if it were necessary.  Thank you all nurses & doctors for the great care I had.”

“The nurses were wonderful.  If I was worried about something, they would stay and talk till I got to feeling better.  Everyone was very friendly and kind.  I couldn’t have asked for better care or people to take care of me.”

There are hundreds of additional expressions of gratitude and appreciation from those we serve.  I just can’t thank you enough; what an amazing team!
