The 22nd Annual Hannibal Cannibal race was held this past Saturday, July 1. The cannon sounded and participants took off along scenic streets and rising pavement all the way up Lover’s Leap and back again. Numerous volunteers from many different areas of the hospital as well as our Auxilians along with their families turned out to help cheer on, hydrate, and tend to the runners. It was a beautiful day for a run and an even better day to help raise money for the Cherish Campaign. This year’s race benefited Hannibal Regional Foundation’s Cherish Campaign, which is raising funds to assist with expanding Women’s Health Services at Hannibal Regional. We had roughly 1,700 participants and over $53,000.00 raised for the Cherish Campaign! A big thank you to all of our captains and volunteers for making this year’s race such a big SUCCESS!
