Hannibal Regional Foundation is hosting the 4th annual Paws for a Cause cancer walk benefiting the James E. Cary Cancer Center. This event will celebrate the many buddies of local cancer survivors and families.
This walk will be held on Saturday, September 23 at 9:00 am on Hannibal Regional’s Healthy Way Fitness Trail. Again this year, participants will enjoy a custom Paws for a Cause t-shirt, a walk around the Healthy Way Fitness Trail, professional photographs with their buddies, and a water station staffed by the James E. Cary Cancer Center team. All registered dogs will receive a collapsible dog bowl. Funds raised from the event will support the James E. Cary Cancer Center. The Foundation invites you to bring your buddy to this year’s Paws for a Cause.
Cost is $20 per person, which includes a t-shirt, and $10 for a dog, which includes the collapsible bowl. Registrations must be completed and turned into the Foundation office in order to receive your shirt. Team members are approved to wear their Paws for a Cause shirts every Friday during September to raise awareness for the event. Team members can contact the Foundation to register.
