Join “Southern Yankee” celebrity chef and restaurateur Rory Schepisi, best known as a finalist on “The Next Food Network Star,” and a Novo Nordisk Diabetes Educator at the Quality Inn on May 3 from 10:00 am – 2:00 pm, for a healthy cooking demonstration and educational workshop. During this presentation, Chef Rory will demonstrate how to make a low-carb, full-flavor dish, and share favorite healthy recipes. The Diabetes Educator will discuss diabetes 101 basics and tips for staying healthy.
