The chilly weather didn’t stop people from attending this poignant event, and in fact this year saw the largest number of attendees so far.

Hannibal Regional Hospital Foundation was pleased to host the 4th Annual Tree Lighting Ceremony on December 1st in the Courtyard. Those attending enjoyed beautiful holiday songs by the Hannibal Heartbeats. Dr. Harrington welcomed the crowd and after lighting of candles Chaplain Clark offered a beautiful prayer. The crowd joined the Heartbeats in singing Silent Night, and Mr. Ahrens offered the closing remarks. The Foundation joins our community in celebrating the holiday season and reflecting upon those we remember. Memorial ornaments were given to families of those who had been memorialized at the Foundation this year. The Foundation wishes everyone a Merry Christmas and many blessings over the holiday season.
Hannibal Regional Hospital Foundation hosts an annual tree lighting ceremony during the holiday season to reflect and remember those who are no longer with us and to rejoice in the memories we have. The ceremony includes special music by the Hannibal Heartbeats as they led the guests in traditional Christmas songs. Please join us on Monday, December 1 at 5:30 pm in the Courtyard Area to help us recognize those who have been memorialized during the past year.
